Since childhood I have had a strong sense of fairness and an urge to help those in need. Later I became obsessed with science and the human body. Those interests translated into a passion for health equity and lifelong learning as an adult. Now, I love what I do as a nurse practitioner.Participación en la comunidad
I loved volunteering for an educational program for new mothers and would love to do something like that again. I also enjoy volunteering at animal rescues, even though I'm having a hard time convincing my husband to bring home a foster dog.Intereses personales
I enjoy staying active through yoga, climbing, skiing and cycling. But you can also find me relaxing with a book from my endless "to-read list" or playing with my two dogs.Educación
