Philosophy of care
I believe in providing patient-centered care based on research and evidence-based practice. I enjoy establishing a partnership with patients and families in empowering them to improve their health and quality of life.Why I entered medicine
As a child I saw my family and friends struggle to understand their health because of a language barrier and the limited medical interpreters available at the hospital. I wanted to help others better understand their health by providing education, helping them navigate the health care system and empowering them to have better care.Community involvement
