VHP Celebrates Opening in Easton

Valley Health Partners (VHP) is proud to announce the opening of our newest Community Health Center location in Easton's South Side neighborhood. This state-of-the-art facility brings essential healthcare services to an underserved area of our community, offering integrated care that addresses the whole person.

Comprehensive Services Under One Roof

The brand-new facility at 440 W. Lincoln Street offers a wide range of healthcare services, including:

• Primary Care and Pediatrics: Comprehensive medical care for all ages, with same-day appointments available
• Dental Care: Preventive and basic dental services including cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• Vision Services: Eye exams, screenings, and affordable eyewear options
• Chiropractic Care: Care for pain related to the musculoskeletal system
• Behavioral Health: Counseling, therapy, and mental health support
• Full-Service Retail Pharmacy: Soft opening in late June, full pharmacy services will be available onsite. The full opening is planned for August 2025

Removing Barriers to Healthcare Access

As a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-alike (FQHC-LA), the center accepts all major insurance plans, including Medicare, and Medicaid. For uninsured patients, a sliding fee scale ensures affordable care based on household size and income. Medical interpretation is also available, ensuring patients receive care in their preferred language.

The South Side location was strategically chosen based on community needs assessments that identified healthcare gaps in the area. The facility features multilingual staff, and all services under one roof. "We designed this center with input from community stakeholders,” Gonzalez says.
