Valley Health Partners (VHP) offers comprehensive health care for people of all ages within our practices. We also help people who need special care and services, regardless of their ability to pay.
Pregnant women, individuals with chronic conditions, and those experiencing homelessness are among those helped by VHP services. VHP also has trained medical interpreters located at each of its practices to assist patients during their visit. Classes for diabetes and prediabetes education are offered in English and Spanish. We also have staff members who are trained to connect patients to additional services in the community, when needed.
